Here I Am, A Poem
Category: Poems, Writings

In Your Temple, View IVCasting a vision, You reel me into
Your Intimate Glory and I am here
Angels behind and before me
I float within the water floor
Your carpet rolled out beside Your throne,
Girded by tree columns of majesty.
One supports my hand.
Your Spirit swoops me up and
You show me warm meadows swaying
And breathing outside Your temple and
I peek through the windows
Your throne on my left pines for You,
Groans for Your Presence
Answering our longings, Your Ancient Doors lift
Their heads, and You, my King of Glory,
Enter in Dancing Light, piercing through crevices,
Rippling down the water carpet.
Oh, how our hearts vibrate
With deep joy at Your entrance!
Here is our King of Glory, Lord of Hosts!
Here is my Lover coming in!
